First let me say--the pictures DO NOT do this room justice. Daddy and Auntie S. did an amazing job!!!
I never would have thought to pick the wall color that they chose, but it looks amazing!! It really makes the new white crown moulding pop!! And Daddy got the Grandfather clock (that my Grandpa Reed made me) working again and now it has a prime location in the living room (instead of still in packing material in our bedroom).
Daddy was busy while he was home without his girls!! He re-arranged our bedroom (can't take pics yet since there are many piles for me to sort through and put away before it is camera ready). He even did some re-arranging in the big girls' room since we needed to make room for another dresser.
So between all the stuff brought back from Nebraska and the sorting piles that have been unearthed with firm directions to sort through and put away (not just shove in a box to forget about) we are hoping to have a yard sale by the end of the month :) This means we get to go through all the girls toys and baby stuff that has been outgrown already.
Speaking of growing--the Baby Princess has grown by leaps and bounds. She gained over a pound while we were in the midwest (all that Nebraska grown corn!!) and is now sitting by herself, going from a laying position to a sitting position, and crawling!! The other two girls look quite grown with the haircuts they got at the beginning of August. And the Racing Princess has a very loose tooth--hopefully it will come out in the next couple days :)
Okay--off to the long journey of unpacking and putting stuff away and hopefully decluttering in the process....
