So she turned 5 a month ago and we finally got birthday pictures done yesterday.
The Racing Princess ...
- still loves CARS (as her sister hooked on them a bit too)
- she is quite smart (although our sense of time is still developing as everything happened "last night")
- this is her final year of Cubbies (although she really believed the night she turned 5 she would get to go right into Sparkies--a bit of a heart break for her)
- she is not sure she wants to be 5 (a couple weeks ago she told me she didn't like being 5 cuz it was too hard, so she was gonna be 4 again for a little while)
- can read about 100+ words and write half as many, but is too lazy to do it consistently (the long "break" from schooling probably has lots to do with that)
- enjoys gymnastics
- adores her Daddy
- is spoiled by her grandparents
- doted on by Aunties and Uncles
- and wants to be a superhero when she grows up--she hasn't figured out her superpower or her superhero name yet
