The girls slept in this morning. Daddy got a little impatient about 9am so he went and opened their door and their curtains--it took them the better part of a half an hour to get outta bed :) Auntie S. got here late last night, so the girls were delighted to get to wake her up. Then the Racing Princess went downstairs to see if Santa came--sure enough there were LOTS of presents under the tree!!!
The Racing Princess received an Easy Bake oven and lots of mixes and is excited to start cooking (course Santa forgot to bring the 100 watt light bulb and we don't have any, so cooking will have to wait a day or two). The Hawaiian Princess got several Snap N' Style dolls and accessories (it's like Polly Pockets, only for toddlers--the pieces are much larger!!).
Auntie got some stand up Rudolph cookie cutters and sugar cookie mix and frosting--we are hoping to talk her into baking some this weekend :) She also received some NASCAR stuff :)
The hit of the day for the "big kids" (read: Auntie and Daddy) was the Mario Brothers Racing game for our Wii. They have enjoyed playing most of the day :)
Needless to say this is not everything that everyone received--just the tip of the proverbial iceberg :) We hope you had a Merry Christmas!!
