but this time I have good excuses :) Like numerous visits to the doctor's office which include my twice weekly Non-Stress Tests. I don't know why they are called Non-Stress Tests--but whatever and then on Fridays when I go, my blood pressure always seems to be high (even for me and my normal is kinda high anyways) so this last weekend I got to spend some extra time with the nurses for observation. Thankfully, due to cooperating blood pressure and the construction at the hospital that would be shutting off power for an extended time the next day, my observation did not end up being overnight like it was supposed to be :)
The weather has turned quite chilly here in Virginia and with it has brought the yucks upon our house. Most of the yuck has been sinus related with lots of runny noses and coughing. Daddy seems to be the most resistant although it is now his turn. This week Daddy is working days since his class is training in the field, so hopefully Daddy will get some much needed catch up on his sleep this week so he can feel better quickly (especially after playing the bad guy all day in the cold).
This coming weekend we are planning to decorate the house for Christmas--so there should be pictures up early next week on the blog. And our church's Christmas Concert is also this weekend and the Racing Princess is supposed to be singing with the children's choir--so if she actually sings, we will post the video of the children's choir part.
