Yeah, this picture is several days old, yet the circumstance is a daily occurrence at our house. The Hawaiian Princess is expressing her frustration at being "jailed". Just because Mom won't let her outside since we are scheduled to leave the house in less than 20 minutes and it takes longer than that to color ourselves from head to toe with chalk, get sand in our diaper, and pour out half the water table one spoonful at a time. And that doesn't even count how long it takes for Mom to chase her down and hose her off and change her twice (since she will choose the fresh diaper to go #2 in after she has been changed).If the baby gate wasn't up, the Hawaiian Princess would already be outside :)
