The Nauticus is a pretty cool museum. We didn't even finish the top floor while we were there (we started at the top), cuz the Hawaiian Princess was coming down with a cold and desparately needed a nap. We also did not make it out to the USS Wisconsin which is part of the musuem as well.
They have several interactive things for children and adults alike. The Racing Princess isn't quite tall enough to get to touch the sharks, but she and the Hawaiian Princess were both able to mess in the other touch tank where they had horseshoe crabs. I can't even remember all the other interactives: knot tying, water flow exhibit, weather things, etc.
We look forward to going back and exploring more.
Oh--the last slide was one of the interactive exhibits---there were several questions and if you got it wrong a fog horn would sound and if you got it right a ship's bell would sound. I had to take a picture of this particular question since our families are from Nebraska :) Can you guess the correct answer???
