Uncle Elmer (Grandma F.'s brother) lives in Minnesota, but he was overseeing a job in our general area so we were able to meet him for lunch today. This was Uncle's first time to meet the Hawaiian Princess. And the last time he saw the Racing Princess she was only 9 months old!! That was before we went to Hawaii. We had a great time catching up with Uncle and seeing pictures of his kids and grandkids as well as his shiny red 1966 Mustang convertible---what Daddy hopes his will eventually look like :)
